Manufacturing
At Naylors we have a wide range of manufacturing capabilities in-house for creating pallets and bespoke manufacturing for our clients.
Manufacturing frames & repair tables
Special manufacturing tables are used, designed/constructed to reduce the fatigue of our team whilst producing pallets.
We are able to manufacture both new and reclaimed boards, depending on our customers' requirements.
Stripping machines
Pallets that are beyond economical to repair or that are not a size/volume that we are able to offer for resale are reprocessed through our stripping area.
The pallets are stripped and taken down to their respective components (boards/blocks/spars). After this, they are recut to create raw materials that can be moved into the production area or stored in our raw material bank.
All damaged boards which we are unable to reuse is sent to be processed through the shredder to create wood chips.
All the stripping machines are connected to the waste dust removal system for collection and subsequent shipment to our reprocessing unit.
Wood cutting machinery
We have an Elcon Panel Saw for cutting boards/panelling etc. recovered from customers' sites and to be resold.
We also have both manual and automatic crosscut machinery to ensure we maximise the recovery of as many boards as possible.
The automated crosscut can produce approximately 6000 boards per day.
Will measure and cut the lengths required, producing the least amount of waste.
Connected to our dust removal system to collect any sawdust created through the cutting activities.
We also have bandsaws and spindle moulders.
CNC machinery
We have CNC machinery, including a Technos Series CNC machine with an axis of 2500 x 1300 x 250mm.
Our experienced CNC operatives can produce bespoke products in a range of raw materials.
From bespoke kitchen units/sculptured packing materials (pipes etc), wall art and signage.
