Our mission is simple: to return as many recycled pallets back into the supply chain as possible. By repairing and reprocessing wooden pallets, we extend their lifecycle, making them one of the most environmentally friendly and cost-effective ways to move goods around the world.
Operating from a 10-acre site, we are one of the UK’s leading wooden pallet recyclers, supplying businesses across the North with high-quality reconditioned pallets.

Our site
Our site is surrounded by The Rabbit Ings Country Park on the outskirts of Royston, Barnsley.
Alongside our vast stock of pallets, our 10-acre site features an on-site kiln, pallet repair & production facilities, new and reclaimed wood storage and specialised equipment for manufacturing bespoke products.
Our site is optimised so that all pallets recovered from customers are processed efficiently, so that they can be organised, repaired, repurposed and recycled where necessary.
Heat treatment & kiln drying
Our on-site kiln can hold up to 600 standard pallets for heat-treatment
Our biomass-powered kiln (from our wood waste) is used for heat treating pallets and for kiln-dried products.
Kiln drying is a process in which the amount of moisture is gradually reduced to an agreed percentage. The moisture of wood and timbers varies by species and other variables such as thickness etc.
